Read: 2026-10-27 UTC. Selected public reports, fixes and refutations; not a code audit. EIP mappings sometimes infer subject matter from Gloas/ePBS terminology. Onboarding rows tagged 8282 concern the builder lifecycle shared with 7732, not necessarily the new contract.

**State** is retrieved GitHub state: closed does not mean fixed; merged does not establish release inclusion. **Date** is updated_at; newest first per client. Default-branch hashes are provenance, not affected commits. No clients or local code were inspected. Mainnet-active candidate details are excluded.

## Devnet notes, Hive and execution-specs cross-check

The [devnet-8 notes](https://notes.ethereum.org/@ethpandaops/glamsterdam-devnet-8) name regression checks for **Lodestar+Besu/Erigon post-fork head hangs** and **Teku rejecting valid buildoor bids**. They also note SSZ performance/large-tree problems without client-level attribution. No precise failure date/state or one-to-one issue match was established. The note targets CL v1.7.0-alpha.14 and EELS tests-glamsterdam-devnet@v8.1.4; those are devnet targets, not an assertion of today's latest specification. The [devnet-7 sheet](https://notes.ethereum.org/@ethpandaops/glamsterdam-devnet-7) supplies historical context.

[Hive](https://hive.ethpandaops.io/) rendered no extractable result rows. Both requested groups, discovery.json and the glamsterdam/bal listing.jsonl feeds failed access (HTTP 403 via public HTTP fetch; web reader also could not access the feeds). The [public UI discovery file](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ethpandaops/hive-ui/master/public/discovery.json) lists glamsterdam but no bal group in the version read. **No dashboard failures could be verified or attributed to a CL client; this is unavailable evidence, not a clean result.**

GitHub REST issue search includes issues AND PRs, open AND closed, because no is:issue/is:pr or state filter was supplied. Every numeric EIP was searched separately in every repository.
