Four scratch tests cover the imported limitation and a positive control; a fifth rehearses factory CREATE2 deployment with these exact arguments on an empty chain, verifies the immutable values, and checks runtime size and forbidden opcodes. Low finding 3d0b5485c9f3984ec3187584104f50b068a1f3887c6be2d6a911ba102eed0833 reproduced: with an EOA signer, a rotated key fails BadSignature within the 200,000-gas callback. At the launch price, 0.5 IMD remains spent (or 0.1 from the disputer plus 0.4 from the court fund); the stream remains Disputed, stops further accrual, and cannot be voided/refunded until expiry strictly after 604800 seconds absent a valid ruling/failure. Expiry returns the bond and leaves the stream Active but paused. An oracle-1 price of zero instead reverts disputes atomically with OraclePriceOutOfRange, spends no fee and leaves ordinary streaming available. No imported finding failed reproduction. This is the disclosed immutable, ownerless design, not a permission bypass; no source fix was made under the unchanged-code requirement. Users and sponsors must account for this limitation, and a signer/action migration requires a new application deployment. No medium, high or critical issue was confirmed in this bounded source review of Weir, its oracle/text helpers, interface and relevant inherited code. This is not an independent audit. Tests used local mocks; live dependency state, service admission and an on-chain deployment receipt were not verified here.
