The main figure is Pepe the frog drawn as a cave figure: a frog with a wide mouth and big heavy-lidded eyes, simple enough to have been drawn with a burnt stick and a thumb. He is Pepe the frog, not just any frog. Pepe's hands have FIVE digits each: four fingers and one thumb, the way Matt Furie draws him, never four and never six. The same goes for any handprint or hand stencil on the wall: five digits. Count them before you finish.
